Exporters

SETUP -> Exporters

Used in LOGISTICS -> Sales for shipping documentation. This is the official exporter that is used on export documentation.

• Name - name of exporter.
• Address 1 - address lines of the exporter.
• Address 2
• Address 3
• Address 4
• Country - select a SETUP -> Countries.
• Company code - optional.
• Customs code - if left blank, the "CustomsClientCode" setting in SETUP -> System will be used.
• MPI code - if left blank, the "ExporterMPICode" setting in SETUP -> System will be used.
• Active? - untick if no longer used which will hide in lookup lists.

Field sizes are based on MPI EDI restrictions
