Voyages

SETUP -> Voyages

Record voyages for vessels and ports enroute. Use as a tool to bulk update dates on existing LOGISTICS -> Sales.

• Vessel - select the vessel from SETUP -> Vessels.
• Voyage - enter the voyage.
• Comments - any comment.

Ports

• Port - select the port from SETUP -> Locations where Port? is ticked.
• ETA - enter the expected arrival date to this port. Changing this date will alter all corresponding Arrival dates for sales with this voyage/port.
• ETD - enter the expected departure date from this port. Changing this date will alter all corresponding Export dates for sales with this voyage/port.
• Load cutoff - enter the cutoff date/time for the load. Changing this date will alter all corresponding Load cutoffs for sales with this voyage/port.

For each shipping agent, enter directly in the grid:

• Agent - select a shipping agent from SETUP -> Vendors where Shipping agent? is ticked..
• Docs cutoff - enter the cutoff date/time for the documentation. Changing this date will alter all corresponding Docs cutoffs for sales with this voyage/port/shipping agent.
